The villa, a 20 year old private home, has been recently completely refurbished with loving attention to providing comfortable stay. It is equipped with everything necessary to spend a holiday regardless the season.
The accommodation is arranged as a single living area on one floor with a large garage underneath. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge and a full range of cooking equipment) living area with a traditional stone fireplace, hi-fi stereo, electric heater (for winter season) and a dining area with a table and six chairs. It is also possible to have the meals outside on the terrace enjoying the view of the sea and under the shade of the olive trees. There is no TV in the house
There are two good sized fully furnished double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), wardrobe, bedside tables and lights and a bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.
In front of the house is a magnificent balcony along the full length of the house and overlooking the sea and pine woods. The resort is surrounded with vineyards, pine and olive trees, lavender, rosemary and heather, things you will find only on the island of Hvar. The beach is only 50 m away, while the city center is on 10-15 min walking distance.
