Villa Yolanda is a private detached villa set in secluded surroundings with stunning views of Montgo and the Monte Pedreguer valley. Only 4 km from Javea town and the award winning ‘family friendly’ beach.
The villa is set in its own private plot and sleeps 8/10 people with accommodation set over 2 floors. The ground floor has 1 double bedroom & 1 single with separate bathroom, 1 twin with ensuite bathroom, a lounge area & fully fitted kitchen with washing machine.
The first floor has 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 double bedroom with separate bathroom, lounge with dining area, and kitchen. with access to the terrace is through the lounge.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker, cutlery & crockery, with breakfast table and chairs. Dining can be taken outside on the naya (terrace) or there is a dining table in the lounge. A gas fired griddle bbq is supplied for alfresco cooking.
There are steps from the ground floor accommodation to the pool and surrounding area. Sun loungers and sun parasols are provided, in addition to other poolside furniture. Towels are also provided for use in the villa.
The pool measures 5m x 10m, and has steps in from the shallow end, with a large patio area perfect for sunbathing, eating by the pool or enjoying an early evening drink while watching the sunset.
