Large corner balcony with table/chairs. Roof solarium. The apartment has air-conditioning and heating.
The Costa Calida (The warm Coast). Despite it's wonderful climate, with abundant sunshine and temperatures exceeding 30 degrees in the summer months, and very warm during the winter months, the Costa Calida has very few resorts catering for the needs of mass tourism that you find in other regions. The area remains fairly traditional and typically Spanish. Puerto de Mazarron is popular with Spanish holiday makers and in recent years has achieved recognition as one of Spain's most attractive holiday resorts. The area is rich in history and boasts 35 Km of sandy beaches. Outdoor markets every day in one place or another. There are many activities to be found in and around the area from Golfing-walking-Rowing-Scuba Diving-Para Kiting-Kite Surfing-water Skiing-Mountain Biking-Fishing etc. We can book you onto Guided Mountain Bike tours or Walks in the Sierra de Espuna Mountains. Boat fishing is available out of the Puerto, Tuna, Dorada etc, can be the catch of the day plus much more or you can just lie around in the sunshine all day.
