The Master bedroom suite includes a king sized bed, separate tub and shower, and his and her walk in closets. The guest bedroom has two double beds which can be brought together to make a second king sized bed. The den has a sleeper sofa for added convenience. The guest bathroom is located adjacent to these two rooms. The kitchen has a breakfast table and center island, with a full view to the private lanai overlooking the lake. The kitchen has all expected amenities, including microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator with door-access water and ice, pantry and all necessary dishes, utensils, etc. The dining room table can accommodate up to 8 people. The living room features 18 foot sliding glass doors to view the lake and the clubhouse in the background. Relax on the large screened-in lanai and enjoy quiet tranquility.

The Mustang course, designed by Lee Trevino, is over 7100 yards long and provides an incredible challenge to any golfer.
These two famous courses are extremely well maintained and are located right in Lely Resort. The clubhouse has a well supplied pro shop and locker room with showers. After a day of golf, enjoy lunch, dinner or cocktails at the clubhouse restaurant and bar, which overlooks the course. If you prefer, return to your home and relax in the community pool or jacuzzi, just a few short steps away. The pool area has its’ own clubhouse with bathrooms.

Terms and conditions
All rental fee's are due 60 days prior to start date. In addition, a $500 security deposit is also required. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure. There is a one time cleaning fee of $100. Payment may be made by certified check, money order, paypal or any major credit card. Any cancellations will result with forfeiting 25% of your deposit.
