Our property is a 3 bedroom townhouse located in the golf development of Islantilla, Costa de La Luz, Spain. The town of Islantilla is perfect for all holidaymakers. It is in the South West corner of Spain and is close to the wonderful nature park Donana, as well as the Portuguese Algarve and the beautiful city of Seville. It is located on some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain and has wonderful shops, bars and restaurants along the seafront. The house is located in the golf centre of Islantilla on the 14th hole. The golf area is very beautiful with a lovely shopping area, paths to walk and cycle.
Our property is a brand new luxurious townhouse in the centre of the golf estate with fabulous seaviews. The house is extremely spacious with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has been furnished to the highest possible standards with everything you could wish for. It is only 10 mins walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a communal pool beside the house, gymnasium, sauna and paddle tennis court. It is situated on the 14th hole of one of the best golf courses in Spain and attractive tee rates are available.
