Apartment in Villamartin, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain: 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, solarium, generously furnished, 5 mins from 3 golf courses!
This is a nice spacious property in the popular Villamartin area. One of 16 only, in a small development in the Urbanisation of El Galan, located 5 mins drive from the Villamartin Plaza with all its attractions and facilities, and adjacent to Campoamor, Villamartin and Los Ramblas golf courses.
There are many shops, banks, restaurants and bars within walking distance and the area is an ideal base from which to explore the wider region. Meanwhile the renowned beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and Mil Palmeras, are a short drive away.
Deposits etc. A 20% booking deposit is required, with the balance payable four weeks before arrival, or to our agent on arrival by prior arrangement.
Towels and linen provided, but you must provide your own beach towels.
A €50 charge is payable on arrival to pay for the cleaning of the apartment, bed linen and towels on your departure.
A 20% damage deposit will be collected at time of key handover and returned prior to departure. Our agent will meet you on arrival to handover the keys, tour the apartment, and collect the damage deposit.
Please vacate the apartment by 12 noon on the day of departure to allow for changeover cleaning for arriving guests.
Extra services. We can arrange airport collection, car hire etc, with adequate notice. A charge is payable locally to our agent for these services.
