What is an affiliate program?
An affiliate program is an association or arrangement between two parties. One party has a product or service to sell, the other party promotes the product or service for sale, and receives a referal commission for every sale generated through their promotion.
Affiliate programs work best when the promoter adds links from their website to the website selling the product or service, but you can earn referal commissions if you do not have a website, by promoting products or sevices through email, newsgroups, e-zines etc.
